When implementing student technology initiatives in their districts, Leyden High School District 212 and J. Sterling Morton High Schools District 201 were faced with the need to support significantly more technology with limited IT staff and budget. By implementing Tech Support Internship programs, these districts are able to provide high quality support to students, teachers and staff while enabling students to develop real world technology, problem solving and customer service skills.​
