Restart your Dell PC. When the Dell logo appears, press the “F12” key to enter the one-time boot menu. Navigate to “Diagnostics” and press “Enter”.

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the diagnostics. If the test fails, make note of the “Error and Validation Codes”. Our expert may need this information further along.
