Symptoms

Azure VM 受到使用 NetWorker Azure VM 快照保護的保護。
Azure VM 快照還原失敗，復原記錄中出現下列錯誤：

207705:nsrazure_recover: Curl: Error setting options/performing in curl, error details: Couldn't resolve host name(curl error code: 6), Could not resolve host: STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net
207849:nsrazure_recover: Failed createEmptyBlob...

此問題可能會出現在長時間運行的還原會話中。
使用時未發現名稱解析錯誤 nslookup 或 curl 針對 Azure Blob 儲存帳戶：

nslookup STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net
curl -k https://STORAGE_ACCOUNT_NAME.blob.core.windows.net

Cause

已向 NetWorker 工程部門提出此問題。

受影響的版本：

19.11.x
19.12.0.0 -> 19.12.0.2
19.13.0.0

Resolution

此問題已在下列 NetWorker 版本中修正：

  • 19.13.0.1
  • 19.12.0.3

因應措施：

將 Azure Blob 儲存端點新增至 NetWorker 伺服器本機主機檔案：

Linux： /etc/hosts
Windows： C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

此更改繞過了潛在的暫時性域名系統 （DNS） 解析錯誤。

注意：在某些情況下，仍可能觀察到其他連接錯誤;例如「對等方重置連接」。解決方案將透過代碼變更來提供 nsrazure_recover。
