Symptoms
CloudIQ Collector visas med "Status" "Missing" på gatewayen.
Statusen "Gateway to Asset" (CloudIQ Collector till gateway) visar en trasig anslutning.
Cause
Gatewayen lyssnar på port 22. CloudIQ Collector använder inte port 22. Den använder endast port 9443 (dubbelriktad) för kommunikation med gatewayen.
Resolution
Eftersom CloudIQ Collector inte använder port 22, medan gatewayen fortfarande lyssnar efter trafik med port 22 som kommer från CloudIQ Collector, markerar gatewayen alltid en korrekt och korrekt ansluten CloudIQ Collector som statusanslutningen "Missing" och statusanslutningen "Gateway to Asset" med en trasig anslutning.
