이 문서에서는 Dell에 디바이스를 분실 또는 도난 신고하는 방법에 대해 설명합니다. 이렇게 하면 분실 또는 도난 플래그를 제거하고 소유권을 확인할 때까지 유효한 보증 또는 지원을 사용할 수 없습니다.
도난당한 디바이스의 경우 Dell에 전화하기 전에 현지 경찰 당국에 연락하고 경찰 보고서를 제출하는 것이 좋습니다.
참고: 배송 날짜로부터 30일 이내에 컴퓨터를 도난당한 경우에만 경찰 보고서가 필요합니다. 배송일로부터 30일이 지난 경에 도난당한 컴퓨터는 경찰 신고서가 필요하지 않습니다.
분실 또는 도난 플래그를 적용하기 전에 필요한 세부 정보:
- 도난당한 컴퓨터의 서비스 태그 또는 익스프레스 서비스 코드
- 도난 날짜
- 도난 신고 날짜(배송일로부터 30일 이내에 도난당한 경우)
- 경찰 사건의 참조 번호 및 PDF 또는 보고서 스캔본(배송일로부터 30일 이내에 도난당한 경우)
