Symptoms
尝试使用 SourceOne Web Search 还原邮件时，还原弹出窗口仅显示“正在加载”，而从不显示邮箱文件夹列表。
任何事件日志或任何 SourceOne 跟踪日志中都不会记录任何错误。
Cause
SourceOne 服务器上的 Microsoft Outlook 客户端已损坏。
Resolution
要解决此问题，请从 控制面板 中删除邮件配置文件 --> 邮件（32 位） -->显示配置文件 -->选择“EMCSourceOne” 配置文件并按 “删除”。
在 “控制面板 ”下，转至 “程序和功能 ”-“> 选择 Microsoft Office 版本 ”-> 按“卸载”。系统可能会要求您重新启动服务器。
完成上述步骤后，请安装 Microsoft Outlook 客户端。安装完成后，我们需要创建“EMCSourceOne”配置文件。
转至 控制面板 --> 邮件（32 位） -->显示配置文件 --> 按添加 --> 准确写入 EMCSourceOne --> 然后将弹出一个新窗口，为 SourceOne 服务帐户设置电子邮件。完成帐户设置。
