Symptoms
XPS 13 9365 和 Latitude 13 7389 2 合 1 系統的控制中心可能會缺少自動旋轉模式按鈕，以防止螢幕自動從直向變更為橫向 （或反向）。
使用 Ctrl-Alt-> 快速鍵組合來強制旋轉運作。
在裝置管理員中重新安裝感應器對問題沒有影響。
注意：其他 2 合 1 機型也可能發生此問題。
Cause
Intel 整合式感應器解決方案驅動程式發生故障。
Resolution
重新安裝 Intel 整合式感應器解決方案驅動程式 將會安裝電腦的感應器驅動程式。安裝此晶片組套件後，會重新出現螢幕旋轉的所有控制項。系統轉動後，螢幕右下方可能會出現快顯視窗。在快顯視窗中按一下[Do not ask me again] （不要再向我詢問）。在「設定」中，關閉「旋轉鎖定」以啟用自動旋轉。如果已啟用旋轉鎖定，系統將維持在平板電腦模式。
注意：旋轉控制項將會呈現灰色，而當顯示器傾斜超過 200 至 225 度時，會轉換為平板電腦模式。
鍵盤和觸控墊也會停用。轉換回筆記本電腦模式時，在 200 至 225 度開啟角度內轉換時，輸入裝置會重新啟用。
