Échec des sauvegardes RCT d’une hyper-machine virtuelle avec un point de contrôle créé par l’utilisateur avec l’erreur « Changeblocks are not properly aligned »

Les sauvegardes des machines virtuelles Hyper-V avec un point de contrôle créé par l’utilisateur (et non créé/restauration par Avamar) échouent avec des erreurs similaires à ce qui suit:
 

avhypervvss Error : The plugin on remote client DELL1 (192.168.1.3) terminated with code 10020: completed with errors, client log should be examined
avhypervvss Error : 1 remote client(s) failed to complete operation on the remote file targets
avhypervvss Error : Failed to backup Virtual Machine 'EMCPC' 

 

À partir du nœud DELL1:

avhypervvss Error : Changeblocks are not properly aligned to parent disk(\\?\C:\ClusterStorage\Volume6\EMCPC\EMCPC-C.VHDX). Full backup is recommended as Incremental cannot be promoted to Full at this stage of program.

Bug de code possible dans les anciens correctifs tels que #335554 pour v19.4.

Effectuez une mise à niveau vers les derniers correctifs pour les versions suivantes du plug-in Avamar:

Avamar Hyper-V VSS n° 337450 pour la version 19.1 7.100-82 du hot fix du plug-in
