I backup RCT di un'hyper-VM con checkpoint creato dall'utente hanno esito negativo con errore "Changeblocks are not properly aligned"

I backup delle VM Hyper-V con checkpoint creato dall'utente (non creati da Avamar/ripristino) hanno esito negativo con errori simili a quelli riportati di seguito:
 

avhypervvss Error : The plugin on remote client DELL1 (192.168.1.3) terminated with code 10020: completed with errors, client log should be examined
avhypervvss Error : 1 remote client(s) failed to complete operation on the remote file targets
avhypervvss Error : Failed to backup Virtual Machine 'EMCPC' 

 

Dal nodo DELL1:

avhypervvss Error : Changeblocks are not properly aligned to parent disk(\\?\C:\ClusterStorage\Volume6\EMCPC\EMCPC-C.VHDX). Full backup is recommended as Incremental cannot be promoted to Full at this stage of program.

Dal file winclustersvc.log (che si trova nella cartella C:\Program Files\avs\var che è il proprietario attivo del servizio EMC Backup Agent):

Possibile bug del codice negli hot fix meno recenti, ad esempio #335554 per v19.4.

Eseguire l'aggiornamento agli hot fix più recenti per le seguenti versioni del plug-in Avamar:

hotfix n. 337285 per la versione 19.4.100-124 dell'hot fix del plug-in
VSS Avamar Hyper-V #337450 per la versione 19.7. 100-82 dell'hotfix del plug-in
VSS Avamar Hyper-V #337654 per la versione 19.8.100-83 del plug-in

del plug-in Hyper-V più recenti. La soluzione alternativa prevede l'unione o l'eliminazione del checkpoint nella VM tramite Hyper-V Manager o PowerShell:
