Cause

這是無法建立快照的作業系統問題。

Resolution

檢查作業系統的寫入狀態：

1.以系統管理員身分開啟命令提示字元 （cmd）。
2.執行下列命令，啟動 diskshadow 工具：
diskshadow

3.磁片鏡像處理工具會初始化，命令提示字元會顯示DISKSHADOW >。
4.執行下列命令，列出系統寫入器：
清單寫者詳細 

5.此輸出很長，因此您可能需要增加命令提示行緩衝區以擷取所有內容。
6.若要記錄內容，使用者應將輸出複製到文字檔。執行下列命令，記錄在 diskshadow 工具中執行的所有內容，在此案例中，我們只需要寫入器詳細輸出清單：
diskshadow /l 「PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE」

diskshadow /l 「C：\Windows\Temp\listoutput.txt」

7.搜尋檔案的字串「[不存在]」

注意：VSS 快照不支援此處的任何 UNC 路徑 （起始 \\hostname\sharename - 這是網路上的主機）。  在輸出中查看上述章節，應該會顯示受影響的元件以及負責二進位的元件。

這不是 NetWorker 問題，而是作業系統問題。這通常是因為系統中安裝的應用程式或安裝失敗所導致。
如果 NetWorker 備份之前已執行，然後停止執行，則必須在作業系統端執行更深入的分析。事件檢視器中的 Windows 事件記錄應會提供更多詳細資料（若篩選至錯誤初次發生時的該日期）。建議針對任何持續性 VSS 問題提供 Microsoft 支援。
