Symptoms

Microsoft Windows 클라이언트의 NetWorker 백업 중에 VSS(Volume Shadow Copy Service)를 사용해야 하는 중요 드라이브가 다음 메시지와 함께 백업에 실패합니다.

이는 스냅샷 생성을 방해하는 운영 체제 문제입니다.

Resolution

운영 체제 쓰기:

1의 상태를 확인합니다. 관리자 권한으로 명령 프롬프트(cmd)를 엽니다.
2. 다음 명령을 실행하여 diskshadow 툴을 시작합니다.
diskshadow

3. 디스크 섀도우 툴이 초기화되고 명령 프롬프트에 DISKSHADOW가> 표시됩니다.
4. 다음 명령을 실행하여 시스템 Writer를 나열합니다.
list writers detailed 

5. 이 출력은 길기 때문에 명령 프롬프트 줄 버퍼를 늘려서 모두 캡처해야 할 수 있습니다.
6. 기록을 유지하려면 사용자가 출력을 텍스트 파일로 복사해야 합니다. 다음 명령을 실행하여 diskshadow 툴에서 실행된 모든 것을 기록합니다. 이 경우 list Writers 상세 출력만 필요합니다.
diskshadow /l "PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE"
예:
diskshadow /l "C:\Windows\Temp\listoutput.txt"

7. 파일에서 '[Does not exist]' 문자열을 검색합니다.
예:
