ACMで、vCenterが失敗と表示されます。

「/data01/tmp/patch/logs/VCSA」ディレクトリーでvCenterアップグレード ログを探すと、次のエラーがvcsaclientinstaller.logに表示されています。

Cause

vCenter Postgresデータベースの破損が原因で、DBエクスポート タスクの実行中にvCenterアップグレードが失敗する。 

Resolution

手順1：IDPA vCenter UIにログインします。

手順2：vCenter VMのクローンを作成します。
  • ［VCSA VM］を右クリックして、［Clone to Virtual Machine］を選択します。 
  • クローンの名前とその他の詳細を選択し、［OK］をクリックします。 

手順3：ACM UIでvCenter VMのロールバックを実行します。 
  • ［Troubleshooting Options］チェック ボックスをクリックします。［Rollback for vCenter Upgrade］をクリックします。  

手順4：vCenter VMにSSHでアクセスし、vpxdサービスを停止します。
  • service-control --stop vpxd

手順5：VCenter Postgres DBにログインします。
  • /opt/vmware/vpostgres/current/bin/psql -d VCDB -U postgres
手順6：VCenter Postgres DBで、次のクエリー/コマンドを実行します。
  • SET zero_damaged_pages = on;
  • VACUUM FULL ANALYSE VERBOSE;
  • REINDEX table vpx_topn_past_month;
  • select * from vpx_topn_past_month;
  • SET zero_damaged_pages = off;
手順7：ACM UIに移動し、［Retry for vCenter Upgrade］ をクリックしてモニターします。
