Просматривая журнал модернизации vCenter в каталоге «/data01/tmp/patch/logs/VCSA», в журнале vcsaclientinstalle можно заметить следующие ошибки:

Cause

Повреждение базы данных vCenter Postgres привело к сбою модернизации vCenter во время выполнения задачи экспорта базы данных. 

Resolution

Шаг 1. Выполните вход в пользовательский интерфейс.

Шаг 2. Создайте клон виртуальной машины vCenter.
  • Нажмите правой кнопкой мыши «VCSA VM» --> «Clone to Virtual Machine». 
  • Выберите имя клона и другие сведения и нажмите «OK». 

Шаг 3. Выполните откат для виртуальной машины vCenter в пользовательском интерфейсе ACM. 
  • Установите флажок «Troubleshooting Options». Нажмите «Rollback for vCenter Upgrade».  

Шаг 4. Подключитесь через SSH к виртуальной машине vCenter и остановите работу сервиса vpxd.
  • service-control --stop vpxd

Шаг 5. Выполните вход в базу данных vCenter Postgres.
  • /opt/vmware/vpostgres/current/bin/psql -d VCDB -U postgres
Шаг 6. Выполните следующие запросы/команды в базе данных vCenter Postgres.
  • SET zero_damaged_pages = on;
  • VACUUM FULL ANALYSE VERBOSE;
  • REINDEX table vpx_topn_past_month;
  • select * from vpx_topn_past_month;
  • SET zero_damaged_pages = off;
Шаг 7. Перейдите в пользовательский интерфейс ACM, нажмите «Retry for vCenter Upgrade» и выполните мониторинг.

    Если проблема не устранена после выполнения указанных выше действий, необходимо обратиться в поддержку VMware.
