Symptoms

NetWorker VMware Protection 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다. vProxy가 NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에 성공적으로 등록되었지만 vProxy에 대해 모든 백업 세션이 실패합니다. 백업 세션 로그에 다음이 표시됩니다.

ERROR:  [189] Unable to find identity (MORef) of vProxy's virtual machine: Unable to query network interfaces

Cause

vProxy 호스트 이름이 NetWorker Server에 등록된 이름과 일치하지 않습니다. 예를 들어 vProxy 호스트 이름이 "nodename.mydomain"이지만 NMC 등록 및 DNS(Domain Name System) 확인에 "vproxyDNSname.mydomain"이 표시됩니다.

Resolution

NetWorker Server에 등록된 NVP vProxy의 이름을 확인합니다. 이 작업은 NMC(NetWorker Management Console), NWUI(NetWorker Web User Interface) 또는 NetWorker Server의 nsradmin 프롬프트에서 수행할 수 있습니다.

vProxy를 등록하는 데 사용된 이름이 DNS에서 올바르게 확인되는지 확인합니다. FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name), 짧은 이름 별칭 및 IP 주소가 모두 올바르게 확인되어야 합니다.

nslookup FQDN
nslookup SHORT_NAME
nslookup IP_address

NetWorker Server, vCenter Server 및 vProxy 로컬 호스트 파일에 잘못된 주소 사양이 있는지 확인합니다.

Linux: /etc/hosts
Windows: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts


데이터 존에서 정방향 및 역방향 DNS 조회 실패를 수정합니다. NetWorker 데이터 존을 구성할 때는 항상 FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name)을 사용해야 합니다.
