Symptoms

您可能会无法连接到 WWAN 手机网络或无法从 3G 网络切换到 4G 网络。您还可能会在 Windows 中收到“无服务”错误消息。

Cause

3G 和 4G 网络使用的是不同的接入点名称 (APN)，并且必须在 Windows 中进行手动选择。随着互联网服务提供商 （ISP） 淘汰 3G 网络，这种情况更为常见。

Resolution

单个设备/手动更改：

将 Windows 和 WWAN 驱动程序更新到可用的最新版本，然后配置新的 4G APN。

  1. 如果您具有戴尔 DW5811e、DW5820e 或 DW5821e 卡，请访问 Dell.com/Support/Drivers 以更新至最新版本的 Snapdragon 驱动程序
  2. 通过转到 网络和互联网设置 > 蜂窝 > 高级选项 来创建新的 APN（图 1）。

  3. 转到“添加 APN”，然后输入您的 APN 信息（图 2）。
    • 您可以从 ISP 处获取 APN 信息。
    • APN 类型必须为“Internet 和连接”。

  5. 单击“保存”。
提醒：戴尔 DW5808e 模块 用户需要重新创建计算机映像或升级到高于 Windows 10 版本 1903 的 Windows 版本。还应安装最新版本的 DW5808e 驱动程序。在这些模块上配置 APN 时，可能没有“Internet 和连接”选项，但新版本的 Windows 允许计算机在没有 3G 路由表的情况下找到正确的固件。
