當使用者在 vCenter 中登入虛擬機器主控台時，虛擬機器會回應中，且 VMware Tools 正在執行：

在受影響虛擬機器vmware.log，您會看到下列訊息：

vmx| GuestRpcSendTimedOut: message to toolbox timed out.

Cause

當 Microsoft 作業系統因為虛擬機器內的電力管理而進入睡眠模式時，就會發生此問題。它會關閉所有裝置，包括網路卡。您只能直接從主控台工作階段、vCenter Server 或其所在的 ESXi 主機喚醒虛擬機器。

檢查 VMware Tools 是否為受客戶機作業系統支援的版本。
