Symptoms
Tijdens een reparatie- of back-upscenario met SupportAssist OS Recovery wordt u gevraagd om u aan te melden bij uw Microsoft-account om u te verifiëren. Tijdens het aanmelden bij het Microsoft-account wordt de inhoud overlapt door een vervormde weergave.
Cause
Dit is een bekend probleem met de browserbesturingsengine van Microsoft (UHD-panelen).
Resolution
Klik hier op de koppeling naar een QR-code voor het ophalen van Microsoft-informatie via uw mobiele telefoon. Blader om de herstelsleutels weer in te voeren op de computer en ga verder.
