Cause

이전 백업에서 vProxy VM에 연결된 실패한 VM의 스냅샷이 있습니다. 이전 백업이 끝날 때 VM 스냅샷이 제대로 통합되지 않았기 때문에 스냅샷이 vProxy에 마운트된 상태로 유지되었습니다.

Resolution

ProxyHC 유틸리티를 사용하여 남아 있는 디스크 또는 스냅샷을 정리할 수 있습니다.

에서 상태 점검 툴 ProxyHC를 사용하는 방법VM 백업 중에 vProxy는 vCenter Server에 스냅샷 생성 요청을 전송하고 백업이 끝나면 스냅샷 제거 요청을 전송합니다. vProxy는 이러한 요청을 /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vbackupd/vbackupd-snapmgr.log에 기록합니다. 이러한 요청에 대한 응답은 VMware API에서 제공됩니다. VMware 환경에서 스냅샷이 제거되지 않는 경우 VMware 지원 부서에 문의하는 것이 좋습니다.
