Symptoms

  • REST API를 사용하여 NetWorker 백업을 쿼리하려고 하지만 일부 리소스에 맞춰 조정됩니다.
  • /nwrestapi/v3/global/clients/client_id/backups URL을 사용하고 있습니다.
  • 쿼리되는 리소스는 VMware vCenter를 위한 것입니다.
  • 동작은 스크립트 또는 단일 REST 호출을 통해 생성할 수 있습니다.
  • /nsr/logs/restapi/restapi.log는 쿼리되는 리소스에 대해 상태 500(내부 서버 오류)을 보고할 수 있습니다. 일반적인 오류 메시지입니다.

Cause

이 동작은 단일 리소스에 대해 쿼리되는 백업 및 메타데이터의 양 때문에 vCenter를 쿼리할 때 발생할 수 있습니다.

REST API 명령을 스크립팅하는 중이고 "/clients/client_id/backups" URL을 사용하여 쿼리에 vCenter가 있는 경우 잠재적인 메모리 누수로 인해 다른 리소스에도 이 동작이 나타날 수 있습니다.

Resolution

다음 REST API 호출을 사용하여 VMware 백업 쿼리: https:// NetWorker_Server_Name:9090/nwrestapi/v3/global/vmware/vcenters/Hypervisor_Resource_Name/protectedvms/VM_UUID/backups
여기서 Hypervisor_Resource_Name NetWorker에 표시된 vCenter의 이름입니다.
