Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager DR 백업이 성공적으로 완료되지만 검색 노드 DR 백업이 실패합니다.
다음은 serverdr.log의 오류입니다. 
Unable to perform SearchNode Agent operation 'backup' on VM xxx (vm-8948):  SearchNode Agent: Operation: Create snapshot; Status: Failed; Description: Failed

Cause

PPDM에서 루트로 다음 명령을 실행하여 검색 노드 자격 증명을 가져옵니다.
source /opt/emc/vmdirect/unit/vmdirect.env
/opt/emc/vmdirect/bin/infranodemgmt get -secret

검색 노드에 로그인한 후 Lockbox 폴더에 cd를 연결합니다.
cd /opt/emc/search/data/Lockbox

이 폴더 아래에 있는 boostfs.lockbox 파일은 크기가 0이므로 손상되었음을 확인할 수 있습니다.
이 폴더 아래에 있는 boostfs.lockbox 파일은 0 크기이므로 손상된 것입니다.
 

Resolution

boostfs.lockbox 파일의 이름을 변경합니다.
mv boostfs.lockbox boostfs.lockbox.old

서버 DR 백업을 다시 실행하면 boostfs.lockbox 파일이 자동으로 다시 생성됩니다.
그런 다음 백업이 작동합니다.
