Symptoms
When attempting to browse a Virtual Machine for File Level Restore, it will hang at "Retrieving contents of backup". On the VM Proxy a coredump is created for the MountPoint and VmwareFlrWsSvc processes. We have seen this behavior on 19.4.100-124_HF337047 proxies.
The journal may show a segmentation fault for the MountPoint process.

Cause
The root cause of this issue has not yet been determined.
Resolution
If you encounter this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Run the following commands to kill any outstanding mountpoint processes and VmwareFlrWsSvc
OR
Reboot the proxy
If this does not resolve the issue or problem reoccurs, please contact Dell Suppor and reference KB 000214329.
1. Run the following commands to kill any outstanding mountpoint processes and VmwareFlrWsSvc
kill -9 $(pgrep -f axionfs) kill -9 $(pgrep -f VmwareFlrWsSvc)2. Restart the vmwareflr and avagent service.
systemctl restart vmwareflr.serviceNOTE: vmwareflr service should take about 1 min to restart
systemctl restart avagent.service
OR
Reboot the proxy
