Symptoms

嘗試流覽虛擬機器進行檔案層級還原時，會在「擷取備份內容」時停止回應。  在 VM Proxy 上，會為 MountPoint 和 VmwareFlrWsSvc 程式建立核心傾印。   我們在 19.4.100-124_HF337047 Proxy 上看到此行為。

此日誌可能會顯示 MountPoint 程式的區段錯誤。

Resolution

如果您遇到此問題，請嘗試下列步驟：
1.執行下列命令以終止任何未完成的掛接點程式和 VmwareFlrWsSvc   
kill -9 $(pgrep -f axionfs)
kill -9 $(pgrep -f VmwareFlrWsSvc)
2.  重新開機 vmwareflr 和 avagent 服務。      
systemctl restart vmwareflr.service
注：vmwareflr 服務大約需要 1 分鐘才能重新開機 
systemctl restart avagent.service

或
重新開機 Proxy
