Dell computers with 11th generation Intel processors (Tiger Lake) cannot output HDR effects at 4K@60Hz to monitors that support HDR. The HDR option cannot be selected in the monitor settings.

Cause
Intel has disabled display stream compression (DSC) on 11th generation processors.
Resolution
Configure the video output resolution and frequency to 4K@30Hz.
