- The pfmp_reset.sh script was used to reset PFMP.

Adverse effects of the issue
Cause
During the PFMP installation process, an operation involves deleting and creating a temporary directory located at /tmp/cr. If the initial PFMP installation was performed using one user and another attempt is made to install PFMP with a different user, this issue may arise due to inadequate permissions for the new user to remove the folder.
Resolution
The temporary folder ("/tmp/cr") must be deleted by a user possessing the appropriate permissions. It is essential to remove this folder from all PFMP servers manually. This folder is only temporary and can be safely deleted.
After removing the folder, proceed to retry the PFMP installation.
