Dell Unity: Uploading the Unity Upgrade File Fails With Error Code: 0x7d13001

Symptoms
After Steps 5 and 6, when reaching 99% progress, the following error message displays in Unisphere UI:
"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"
Cause
An issue occurs when uploading the Unity OE file. There are generally two (2) reasons:
- The file is corrupt.
- Likely the file did not copy entirely from Support Pages or other locations.
- There is an intermittent connectivity issue between the Unisphere UI and the location where the OE file was copied from.
Resolution
- Restart the Unity Management Services and attempt the upgrade again from Step 1.
- Verify that the OE File is not corrupt.
- Download the image again.
- Verify that the size of the file matches both locations.
- Review the md5sum of the upgrade filev
- Review the size of the file.
