Symptoms

使用Fn和电源诊断模式后无法启动

 

尝试同时按下 Fn和电源按钮以运行 e-Diags时，系统将完成快速测试并退出，但不会启动至作系统，而是返回到 e-Diags 屏幕。

通过按 F12 进行一次性启动来运行 e-Diags 时没有问题。

受影响系统：

  • XPS 13 9345
  • Latitude 7455
  • Inspiron 灵越 14 Plus 7441

Cause

 

当系统从 Fn和电源按钮引导时，将设置 e-Diags 标记，而不是清除。这会导致重复引导至诊断程序。

Resolution

 

恢复：

  1. 诊断测试完成后，按一下电源按钮以关闭系统。
  2. 然后开机以避免启动进入诊断程序。

 

解决方案：

 

将计算机上的 BIOS 版本更新到最新版本可解决此问题。要下载并安装 BIOS，请参阅 BIOS 更新指南。

 

  • XPS 13 9345：将 BIOS 更新至版本 2.1.0 或更高版本
  • Latitude 7455：将 BIOS 更新至版本 2.2.0 或更高版本
  • Inspiron 灵越 14 Plus 7441：将 BIOS 更新至版本 2.2.0 或更高版本
