Symptoms

VMware 设备
作系统上安装的 SANnav 版本 2.3.0 是 Rocky Linux RHEL 8.6。

尝试了以下故障处理步骤：

1） 下载了最新的浏览器版本，清除了浏览器缓存。
2） 使用多个浏览器从多个工作站尝试 - Safari 17.6、Firefox 130、Chrome 128.0.6613.120 和 Edge 128.0.2739.63
3） 同一浏览器中的其他网页工作正常
4） 尝试使用 IP 和主机名启动 SANnav，相同的错误。

Cause

检查 SANnav 服务以确认没有错误或未正确安装。

[root@DTEKSANNAV1 bin]# ./check-sannav-status.sh
SANnav Management Portal is not installed on the system. Exiting.
 
[root@DTEKSANNAV1 sannav_support_data]# ./generate-sannav-support-data
SANnav Management Portal is not installed on the system. Exiting.
 
[root@DTEKSANNAV1 sannav_support_data]# firewall-cmd --list-all
FirewallD is not running

Resolution

重新启动服务器并重新安装 SANnav。
