Cause

Houve um problema de software na versão 8.2.0-1.12. Isso foi feito com a API REST que o Cyber Recovery usa para detectar todas as interfaces do CyberSense.
Ele retornará uma resposta json inválida se uma ou mais interfaces do CyberSense não estiverem configuradas ou não ativadas.
O Cyber Recovery não pôde analisar essa resposta e o erro visto nos registros e no Cyber Recovery é exibido.

Resolution

Esse problema é resolvido no CyberSense 8.2.0-1.23.
