症狀

解決方案

下列步驟以最適當的順序排序，以找出在網域模式下存取 Data Domain 系統 CIFS 共用問題的正確解決方案。請勿跳過步驟。

  1. 確認 Data Domain 系統已成功 181313加入網域。如果 Data Domain 系統可以與網域控制站交談，則無法驗證使用者名稱和密碼。
  2. 確認 181308已啟用檔案系統。如果 Data Domain 系統上的檔案系統已停用，備份共用將無法存取。
  3. 180564確認網路連線能力是否正常。
  4. 確認所有客戶端資訊都在「訪問」清單中。181315 存取清單僅允許其上指定的系統存取匯出。
  5. 確認網路中是否有重複的 IP 問題。181860
