Instructions
- This is an offline procedure because the array has to be power cycled. Do a health check on the array, create, and download a diagnostic file for reference.
- Shut down the array using the Service menu
- Wait for the array to completely power down. (This can take up to 30 minutes.)
- Move and recable the DAEs as required.
- Power up the array.
- Check in the Unity user interface using the Service menu if all changes have been recognized. (If not stop here and open a support call with Dell Technologies Support.)
- Return the array to production use.
