Cause

probe.xml는 OVA 배포 중에 지정된 설정을 기반으로 생성됩니다. 이는 지정된 값에 문제가 있음을 나타냅니다(예: DNS(Domain Name System)를 확인할 수 없음).

또는

초기 구축 및 OS/NetWorker 설치를 완료하기 전에 NVE VM(Virtual Machine) 설정이 변경되었습니다. (예: NIC, 디스크 등 추가)

Resolution

NVE를 구축할 때는 https://www.dell.com/support/home/product-support/product/networker/docs 를 통해 제공되는 NetWorker Virtual Edition 구축 가이드를 따라야 합니다.

예를 들어: DNS/주소 지정 관련 가이드에는 다음이 설명되어 있습니다.

NVE를 배포하기 전에 DNS 서버가 vCenter Server 및 NVE 어플라이언스의 호스트 이름 및 IP 주소에 대해 올바르게 구성되었는지 확인합니다. 잘못된 이름으로 인해 런타임 오류 및 구성 문제가 발생합니다.

NVE는 어플라이언스이므로 자동 구축 프로세스에서는 표준 사례를 따라야 합니다. VM에서 일부 설정을 변경하면 배포 중에 예기치 않은 결과 및 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. VM에 대한 모든 변경 사항은 NetWorker Virtual Edition 배포 가이드에 따라 VM을 배포하고 구성한 후에 수행해야 합니다.

해결 방법: 설치 전에 필요한 IP 주소 및 호스트 이름으로 호스트 파일을 업데이트하여 DNS 없이 NVE를 구축할 수 있습니다. 그러나 이는 권장되지 않으며 모범 사례를 따르지 않습니다.
