Symptoms

“登录身份”设置为本地系统帐户（Windows 中的本地系统帐户对本地资源拥有完全不受限制的访问权限）。

来宾虚拟机备份失败，并显示 VSS 编写器错误。

查看来自以下各个组件的日志中的消息：
  • Avtar 日志：
avhypervvss Info <12587>: 'Cluster Shared Volume VSS Writer' reported partial failure, checking individual components for failure

Cause

以前的备份软件已将来宾虚拟机中卷影复制服务的服务帐户设置为 AD 帐户。

Resolution

过程
  1. 在来宾虚拟机中打开 services.msc 控制台。
  2. 查找“Volume Shadow Copy”服务，依次选择属性和登录，然后从“此帐户”更改为“本地系统帐户”
