SRM: Importegenskapsoppgaven har følgende feil: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Feil på kommunikasjonsforbindelse

Symptoms

Oppgaven importegenskaper har følgende feil ved tilkobling til apg-databaser: 
160627 07:07:57 : com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

Årsaken til unntaket er:
aused av: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

socketTimeout, som angitt for hver database i APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml ble i dette tilfellet satt til 180000 millisekunder.

Cause

socketTimeout brukes i oppgaven importegenskaper til å vente på henting av data fra data_property-tabellen. Hvis denne tiden overskrides på grunn av en tungt lastet database på det tidspunktet, vil oppgaven mislykkes.

Resolution

Vi kan øke socketTimeout-innstillingen i APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml-filen til f.eks. 5 minutter (300000 millisekunder) i henhold til nedenfor:
