SRM: De taak import-eigenschappen bevat de volgende fouten: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communicatieverbindingsfout

Symptoms

De taak Eigenschappen importeren heeft de volgende fouten met betrekking tot de connectiviteit met apg-databases:

De oorzaak van de uitzondering is:
aused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Time-out bij lezen

De socketTimeout zoals ingesteld voor elke database in APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml was in dit specifieke geval ingesteld op 180000 milliseconden.

Cause

De socketTimeout wordt gebruikt in de taak Eigenschappen importeren om te wachten op het ophalen van data uit de data_property tabel. Als deze tijd wordt overschreden vanwege een zwaar belaste database op dat moment, mislukt de taak.

Resolution

We kunnen de socketTimeout instelling in het bestand APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml verhogen naar bijvoorbeeld 5 minuten (300000 milliseconden) zoals hieronder:
