SRM: Import-properties-tehtävässä on seuraavat virheet: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Tietoliikenneyhteyden virhe

Poikkeuksen syy on:
aused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Lue aikakatkaistu

Kullekin tietokannalle parametrissa APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml määritetty socketTimeout oli tässä nimenomaisessa tapauksessa asetettu arvoksi 180000 millisekuntia.

Cause

socketTimeout-funktiota käytetään import-properties-tehtävässä odotettaessa tietojen hakemista data_property taulukosta. Jos tämä aika ylittyy tuolloin voimakkaasti ladatun tietokannan vuoksi, tehtävä epäonnistuu.

Resolution

Voimme suurentaa socketTimeout-asetuksen tiedostossa APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml esimerkiksi 5 minuuttiin (300000 millisekuntiin) seuraavasti:
