Symptoms

Opgaven med importegenskaber har følgende fejl ved tilslutning til apg-databaser: 
160627 07:07:57 : com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

Årsagen til undtagelsen er:
aused af: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Læs timeout

SocketTimeout, som blev indstillet for hver database i APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml, var i dette tilfælde indstillet til 180000 millisekunder.

Cause

socketTimeout bruges i opgaven importegenskaber til at vente på, at der hentes data fra data_property tabellen. Hvis denne tid overskrides på grund af en stærkt belastet database på det tidspunkt, mislykkes opgaven.

Resolution

Vi kan øge socketTimeout-indstillingen i filen APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml til f.eks. 5 minutter (300000 millisekunder) som beskrevet nedenfor:
