SRM: Uppgiften import-properties har följande fel: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Fel på kommunikationslänk

Symptoms

Uppgiften importera egenskaper har följande fel vid anslutning till apg-databaser:

Orsaken till undantaget är:
aused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Tidsgränsen för läsning överskreds

socketTimeout som ställts in för varje databas i APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml var i det här fallet satt till 180000 millisekunder.

Cause

socketTimeout används i import-properties uppgiften för att vänta på att data hämtas från den data_property tabellen. Om den här tiden överskrids på grund av en hårt belastad databas vid den tidpunkten misslyckas aktiviteten.

Resolution

Vi kan öka socketTimeout-inställningen i filen APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/conf/server.xml till t.ex. 5 minuter (300000 millisekunder) enligt nedan:
