Symptoms
NetWorker Remote Exec Service가 Windows 클러스터 노드에서 시작되지 않음
- 노드가 활성 클러스터 노드인 동안에는 NetWorker 서비스가 시작되지 않습니다.
- 클러스터에 많은 디스크가 있음
- 노드가 패시브인 경우(클러스터 소유 디스크가 노드에 없는 경우) NetWorker 서비스가 시작됩니다.
- 명령줄에서 nsrexecd를 수동으로 시작하면
Cause
클러스터에 연결된 추가 디스크로 인해 NetWorker가 Windows 기본 시간 초과인 30초 이내에 시작될 수 없습니다.
Resolution
NetWorker를 시작하는 데 필요한 추가 시간을 허용하려면 서비스 시작 시간 초과를 더 큰 값으로 변경합니다.
- Start, Run을 차례로 클릭하고 regedit를 입력한 다음 OK를 클릭합니다.
- 다음 레지스트리 하위 키를 찾아 클릭합니다.
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
- 편집 메뉴에서 새로 만들기를 가리킨 다음 DWORD 값을 클릭합니다.
- ServicesPipeTimeout을 입력한 다음 Enter 키를 누릅니다.
- ServicesPipeTimeout을 마우스 오른쪽 단추로 클릭한 다음 수정을 클릭합니다.
- 10진수를 클릭하고 119000을 입력한 다음 확인을 클릭합니다.
- 컴퓨터를 재시작합니다.
