您可能會發現 Latitude 7310 或 7410 的開機時間很長。電腦啟動後，可能需要 63 秒才會出現 Dell 標誌。發生這種情況時，鍵盤背光會亮起，電源 LED 也會亮起。
從第二次開機開始，開機時間將恢復正常。客戶可能會將問題報告為 DOA、無 POST 或黑畫面。
在以下情況下會出現此問題：
- 開箱後第一次開啟電源
- 卸下主電池 （這種情況涵蓋大部分的硬體更換）
- RTC 重設

Cause
此為設計運作方式。Latitude 7410 和 7310 應用了新設計;它不再有紐扣電池來供應RTC，而是從其主電池共用。重新連接主電池時，電腦必須觸發 RTC 重設。
Resolution
