When did SupportAssist | Diagnostics start shipping on Dell systems?
The rebranding of the on-board hardware-based diagnostics to the SupportAssist brand began with diagnostics version 4400.02.
Initially, the hardware diagnostics were rebranded: SupportAssist | Pre-Boot System Performance Check.
After May 2020 these diagnostics become: SupportAssist | On-Board Hardware Diagnostics.

Note: Be aware that after May 2020 EVERY Dell system starts shipping with SupportAssist | On-Board Hardware Diagnostics installed. The SupportAssist | On-board hardware diagnostics include an improved diagnostics testing engine. On-board hardware diagnostics (beginning with Version ED. 01.00.00) includes an improved diagnostics testing engine.
