若要收集記錄：
- 登入適當的端點。
- 在擴充基座中，按一下系統偏好設定。
- 按一下 Dell Encryption Enterprise。
- 在 Mac 版 Dell Encryption Enterprise 使用者介面 (UI) 底部，按一下收集記錄。
- 在 Dell Data Security 記錄 UI 中，
- 可選擇設定記錄收集的大小上限。
- 可選擇設定記錄收集的 開始日期 。
- 按一下允許。

- 按兩下 Dell-[PRODUCT]-[VERSION].dmg 以掛接映像。

注意：8.10 之前的 Mac 版 Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition 不包括 getlogs.sh。建議下載最新版本的軟體，以確保使用最新的 getlogs.sh。
- sudo sh (步驟 7) 之後，將 GetLogs.sh 拖曳至終端視窗，然後按下 Enter 鍵。這會自動填入 getlogs.sh 的位置路徑。
注意：若要鎖定用於記錄收集的外部磁碟區，請在字串結尾新增 –d [path of external volume]，然後再按 Enter 鍵。例如：
sudo sh /volumes/Users/admin/Desktop/GetLogs.sh –d /Volumes/ExternalHD
- 輸入具 sudo 權限之帳戶的登入資料，然後按 Enter 鍵以執行 getlogs.sh。
注意：終端收集所有必要資訊時，通常會顯示「資源忙碌」長達數分鐘。
- Shell 指令檔完成後，即可從 Go > Home 收集記錄輸出 （Delllogs.zip）。
