  1. 停止法規遵循報表服務。
  2. 重新命名所有 cmgreports*.db 檔案 \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\ 資料夾。
  3. 複製 cmgreports.data.db 檔案 \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\template\ 資料夾至 \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\ 資料夾。
  4. 重新命名 \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\output 資料夾。
  5. 啟動法規遵循報表服務。

若要在 Dell Security Management Server Virtual （之前稱為 Dell 資料保護） 中解決此問題 |Virtual Edition），請按照下列步驟操作：

注意：Dell 支援或管理員必須登入並執行下列動作。
  1. 使用 UI 停止應用程式。
  2. 以身分登入 ddpsupport。
  3. 發出這六個命令 （它們會移除使用者自訂的相容性報表）：
sudo rm -f /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db/cmgreports.XX.log.db
注意：每個伺服器的 XX 變更，我們必須列出內容 /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db 尋找名稱的資料夾。 
sudo rm -f /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db/cmgreports.index.db

sudo rm -f /opt/dell/server/reporter/output/*
sudo cp /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db/template/cmgreports.data.db /opt/dell/server/reporter/webapp/WEB-INF/reports/db/
  1. 結束 Shell 並以身分登入 ddpuser。
  2. 使用 UI 啟動應用程式。
