Symptoms

OPMERKING: Als de Exchange-organisatie al een A-record gebruikt voor Automatisch opsporen, wordt deze procedure niet aanbevolen.


De automatisch opsporen SRV-record wordt gemaakt in de externe of internet-DNS-zone voor het domein.  Volg de onderstaande stappen om de record te maken.

  1. Verwijder in de externe DNS-zone alle HOST (A) of CNAME-records voor de Autodiscover-service.
  2. Gebruik de volgende parameters om een nieuwe SRV(txt)-record te maken:
    • Dienst: _autodiscover
    • Protocol: _Tcp
    • Poortnummer: 443
    • Host: mail.fill_in_your_domain_here.com

Cause

Aanvullende informatie:

De meeste domeinhosts staan het maken van txt-records toe, maar sommige mogelijk niet. 
Neem contact op met uw domeinhost als u nog vragen hebt over het maken van een SRV-record.
