Symptoms

Windows 檔案系統備份完成，但發生例外狀況。

  • 備份記錄會顯示幾則類似以下的警告訊息： 
    avtar Warning <18834>: Avtar has detected a circular Reparse Point (C:\ProgramData\Application Data\)
                        that points back to a parent directory (C:\ProgramData\). This may cause undesirable results, such as OpenFile Errors.

avtar Warning <18834>: Avtar has detected a circular Reparse Point (C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Application Data\)
                        that points back to a parent directory (C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\). This may cause undesirable results, such as OpenFile Errors.

avtar Warning <18834>: Avtar has detected a circular Reparse Point (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Application Data\)
                        that points back to a parent directory (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\). This may cause undesirable results, such as OpenFile Errors.

Cause

它們可能是不再需要的斷開連接的重新解析點，或者重新解析的點連結可能存在問題。我們建議系統管理員根據需要進行審查和修復。

 

為解決此問題，Avamar 開發人員已建立標誌來解決此問題。

 

Resolution

選項 1：

  • 若要解決此問題，請要求系統管理員查看影響備份的重新解析點，並在運行新備份之前解決這些問題。

 

選項 2：

  • 若要解決此問題，請使用旗標「--x31=134217728avtar.cmd」，這是在 Avamar 軟體版本 19.4.X 及更新版本中，以停用循環重新解析點檢查

 

注意：Avamar 升級至 19.4.X 或更新版本，並使用旗標可解決此問題。在備份前掃描卷和分析重新分析點期間，備份過程不會記錄錯誤。
Avtar 不會遍歷「系統目錄交匯點」或「重新解析點」，而是透過另一條路徑備份。
