The NetWorker Server can properly resolve the vProxy appliance (short name, FQDN, IP address) and the vProxy appliance is powered on in the VMware vSphere environment.
Cause
The exact cause is not known; however, the issue appears to be related with the vProxy Guest operating system communication with its virtual machine VMware Tools.
Resolution
Workaround:
Restart the vProxy appliance virtual machine Guest operating system in the VMware vSphere environment and rerun the nsrvproxy_mgmt redeploy command from the NetWorker Server.
Restart the vProxy appliance virtual machine Guest operating system in the VMware vSphere environment and rerun the nsrvproxy_mgmt redeploy command from the NetWorker Server.
