Symptoms

在连接到具有超高清 （UHD） 显示屏的 Precision 5560 和 XPS 9510 计算机期间，英特尔主动管理技术 （AMT） KVM 远程控制台连接失败。

Cause

Precision 5560 和 XPS 9510 的 UHD （3840*2400） 液晶屏分辨率超出了英特尔管理引擎的分辨率范围。

Resolution

这是英特尔 AMT对 KVM 功能的限制。LCD 屏幕分辨率的降低允许 KVM 在 英特尔 ME 设计中运行。

更改 LCD 屏幕分辨率以允许远程控制台访问。

  1. 转至 设置>系统>显示>高级显示设置>显示适配器属性。
  2. 在 适配器选项卡中单击列出所有模式 ，选择 1920 x 1200、 真彩色（32 位）和 60 赫兹，然后单击确定。
  3. 确认 LCD 屏幕分辨率更改为 1920 x 1200。
