Symptoms

En gendannelseshandling fra AppSync GUI vil i sidste ende hænge og mislykkes pga. en timeoutfejl.

AppSync-hændelserne viser:

Cause

Et antal snapshots er involveret i gendannelseshandlingen, som forårsagede forsinkelse/timeout. Mulig årsag ikke fastslået, men dette kan være et problem med ydeevne/langsom ydeevne på ressourcer som f.eks. system og vært.

Resolution

Justering af timeout-værdien for transaktion tillader, at AppSync ikke får timeout under gendannelsen.
  
  1. Gå til C:\EMC\AppSync\jboss\standalone\configuration\standalone.xml.
  2. Skift værdien fra standardværdien på 300 til den nye værdi 2400 sekunder - <coordinator-environment default-timeout=2400
  3. Stop alle tjenester (EMC AppSync Datastore og EMC AppSync-sikkerhedstjeneste)
  4. Start tjenesterne (EMC AppSync-datalagerservice, EMC AppSync-sikkerhedsservice, EMC AppSync-servertjeneste)
