連線至 login.microsoftonline.com:443 失敗：連線逾時

Cause
DPA 應用程式伺服器無法存取網際網路。
在伺服器上使用瀏覽器進行確認，以存取網站 HTTPs://login.microsoftonline.com。
或
使用「curl -I HTTPs://login.microsoftonline.com」等命令。
第一個類似傳回的應為 HTTP/1.1 200 OK。
在此情況下，命令傳回「curl：（7） 無法連線至 HTTPs://login.microsoftonline.com 埠 443：連線逾時」
在伺服器上使用瀏覽器進行確認，以存取網站 HTTPs://login.microsoftonline.com。
或
