Symptoms

När du sparar en ny SharePoint-konfiguration i DPA-användargränssnittet ett fel uppstår:



error0I server.log på DPA-programservern visas följande fel:

2022-07-04 05:23:37,558 ERROR [com.emc.dpa.command.serversettings.SharePointSettingsCommandsBean] (Thread-278) Failed to connect to https://mysites.sharepoint.com/sites/DPA_Reports: Det gick inte att ansluta till login.microsoftonline.com:443: timeout för anslutning

Cause

DPA-programservern har inte tillgång till internet.

Bekräfta genom att använda en webbläsare på servern för att komma åt https://login.microsoftonline.com.
Eller
använd ett kommando som "curl -I https://login.microsoftonline.com".
Det första alternativet som returneras ska vara HTTP/1.1 200 OK.

I det här fallet returneras kommandot "curl: (7) Det gick inte att ansluta till https://login.microsoftonline.com-port 443: Connection timed out"

Resolution

Konfigurera DPA-programservern med internetåtkomst.
