Symptoms

Kun uutta SharePoint-määritystä tallennetaan DPA-käyttöliittymässä, tapahtuu virhe:



error0 (virhe0) DPA-sovelluspalvelimen server.log-lokissa näkyy virhe:2022-07-04 05:23:37,558 ERROR [com.emc.dpa.command.serversettings.SharePointSettingsCommandsBean] (Thread-278) Failed to connect to https://mysites.sharepoint.com/sites/DPA_Reports:

Yhteyden muodostaminen login.microsoftonline.com:443 epäonnistui: yhteyden aikakatkaisu

Cause

DPA-sovelluspalvelimella ei ole Internet-yhteyttä.

Vahvista käyttämällä palvelimen selainta, jotta pääset sivustoon https://login.microsoftonline.com.
Voit
myös käyttää komentoa curl -I https://login.microsoftonline.com.
Ensimmäisen palautuksen pitäisi olla HTTP/1.1 200 OK.
